DETAILED PLAN OF ACTION FOR THE ACTIVITIES OF THE MONTHS FROM JULY TO SEPTEMBER – 2012
MONTH-JULY 2012
· Registration of cub &bulbul will be done in the month of July.
· Asked to class teachers of classes III to V for the Registration of the students in respect of Thinkquest.org for their respective classes.
· Asked to the teachers to collect creative work of the students for uploading on the school website.
· Community lunch will be organized twice in a month for primary classes.
· FA-1 Test will be done every Monday in the month of July and after that Parent Teacher meeting will be organised.
· FA-2 activities – are going on from April onwards as per CCE guidelines.
· CCE cycle -2 for Class I & II – going on.
· Film Shows fortnightly as scheduled in the Time Table
SPORTS
· Following Sports activities will be done during the month of July.
1. jalebi race /balloon bursting for class-I -
2. Get ready for school race for class –II
3. Sack race for class-III
4. Three leg race for class IV&V.(Boys)
5. Needle and thread race for class IV&V (Girls).
CCA
· Following CCA activities will be done done during the month of July.
1. Drawing and Painting Competition
2. English Extempore Competition
3Group song Competition class-III-V
4. Action song Competition Class-I&II.
Celebration of Important Days
· Following important Days will be celebrated at the vidyalaya level in July.
1. World population Day 11th
2. World Nature conservation Day 28th

MONTH - AUGUST 2012
· Creative work of students will be uploading on the school website.
· Community lunch will be organised twice in a month for every primary classes.
· CCE cycle -3 will be completed in the month of August for classes I&II
· FA-2 activities should be completed as per CCE guidelines for Classes.III to V.
· Health Check-up first round will be done in the month of August.
· Science Exhibition will be at the Vidyalaya level.
SPORTS
· Following Sports activities will be done during the month
· 1.Tennis ball throw for class I&II
· 2.dodge ball for III
· 3.Basketting the ball class IV & V
CCA
· Following CCA activities will be done done during the month
1. Rakhi making Competition Class-III
2. Clay modelling Competition Class -I&II
3. Group Dance Competition I-V
4. Gift Wrapping Competition for Class II-V
5. Posture making Competition (National Integration)Class IV&V

MONTH – SEPTEMBER-2012
Cluser level CCA Competition-
· Creative work of students will be updated on the school website
· Community lunch - twice in a month for Primary classes.
· CCE cycle -4- will be completed in the month of August for classes I&II
· Summative Assessment -1 will be done as per scheduled. After that Parent Teacher meeting will be organised.
· Hindi Pakhwada will be celebrating from 14th to 28th at the Vidyalaya level.
· Educational Excursion for Class I to III will be organised nearby place like Anandwan ,Somnath, Markhanda etc.
· CMP Newsletter volume-1 will be published in the month.
